• Medical fitness certificate (including pregnancy test for married).
• Five colour passport size photographs.
• Character certificate.
• Transfer certificate.

Documents required after the admission

• Caste certificate (for O.B.C and SC/ST).
• Bihar domicile certificate.
• Anti-ragging certificate (from the side of student and parent).
• Income certificate (issued within six month).
• Marriage certificate for married candidate.
• Hepatitis-B vaccination certificate.
